Many Wild Cats around Insan Cendekia

Do you like animals? Have you ever bred a pet? Many people have some pets in their house such as rabbits, birds, dogs, cats, and fish. They like to breed animals because it can be an entertainment when they look at their pets. They give them foods, houses, and games. But beside that, there are some people which didn’t like animals. With their dirt’s, bad smells and fierce, not only a few people think that breeding a pet is bothering.

In Insan Cendekia which a boarding school, of course there are many foods in there. Approximately for hundred people live in Insan Cendekia, so it is certain that they need many foods every day. The foods and its rubbishes invite animals to come to Insan Cendekia. Especially cat. We often see in every where there are many wild cats roaming. Cats search for foods in every place that have many remaining foods like market.

Because of that, there are many wild cats come and live in Insan Cendekia. It’s easy to find them in the streets, building, or field. It is a problem for them who don’t like cats to find it everywhere. Most students think there are too many cats around areas n Insan Cendekia. They came to the dorm and make it dirty. Every eating time, cats will come to the canteen and disturb students. They climb to the tables to get students foods.

For the students who don’t like animal especially cat, that is really disturbing their live. They can’t concentrate on study when they smell something bad, cat smell. It also disturbs the students who have allergic with cat fur. They will sneeze all the time when they meet cats. The cats will have babies during it live in Insan Cendekia. Cat’s babies which called kitten often play with plants on the pots and destroy it. That was a problem because there are many plants which placed in the pots in Insan Cendekia.

Another problem is in the dormitory; cats often look for their food in the trash bin and make it fell down. And you should know that every room has one trash bin and there are thirty rooms in every dormitory building. In Insan Cendekia there are four dormitory buildings that mean one hundred twenty trash bins can be their food places. If that one hundred twenty trash bins fell down, you can imagine how dirty the dormitories are.

So far this time, the school finds no solution o fix the cat problem. Actually there are many things we can do with this problem. We can catch all cats which live in Insan Cendekia and put them on stable. Example, on Sunday morning when Environment Social Work, all of civitas of Insan Cendekia catch all wild cats together, because our environment also disturbed by them. Maybe it will spend many times, but if our environment is clear, we can feel comfortable and happy.

But how if there is no stable to put the wild cats? This solution can be recommendation! Catch all cats and throw them away in the far place. Where? Anywhere far place! Such as market where there are many foods or in the forest. Make sure that all of the wild cats can’t come back to Insan Cendekia. Those two recommendations must be discussed with the school. It can’t be done if just students who do that.

If school doesn’t attend to do the recommendations, every student can do another solution by themselves, like always close dormitory doors or student’s room doors. So the cats can’t go inside dormitory and make the trash bins fell down. And also always close canteen doors. We just can give those foods outside the canteen, so there is no one (especially girls) who yell again if there is a cat climbs the canteen table.

About the plants which kitten often playing with, we can move the plants to higher place and not to put plants on the floor again. Or change the true plants with the plastic one; it can be a solution too. One more recommendation for the school is to make permanent trash bin. It will make cats can’t come into it. With permanent trash bin of course it can’t fell down and make dirt’s everywhere.

Ini adalah lagu lama yang mungkin cukup sering didengar. Pertama kali mendengar lagu ini, saya sangat suka dengan nada pada bagian reffnya. Awalnya saya tidak tahu judul lagu ini, setelah saya lihat ternyata judul lagu tersebut makin menarik hati saya untuk memaknainya lebih jauh. Saya akan menyebut lagu ini dengan judulnya, Sunshine.

Nada dan irama Sunshine bisa membuat kita bersemangat. Liriknya serasi, mudah dihafal, serta memiliki makna yang berarti bila diteliti seksama. Tidak lama setelah saya terpikat pada Sunshine, saya mencoba mencari lirik Sunshine di internet untuk kemudian saya print dan hafalkan.

Lirik Sunshine pada bait pertama menceritakan tentang seseorang yang mempunyai impian dan berusaha untuk mewujudkannya. Dia tidak takut (khauf) untuk menjalani dan menghadapi hidupnya.

Di bait kedua, diungkapkan bahwa Dia telah belajar untuk menolong dirinya sendiri sehingga dapat tegar dalam menanggung segala resiko hidup. Dalam hidupnya itu, Dia juga menemukan orang-orang yang memberinya kebahagiaan dan dapat menolong di saat kesusahan. Dia akan mencintai (mahabbah) orang-orang yang berarti bagi hidupnya.

Masuk ke bagian reff pertama. Di sini mulai disebutkan sang judul yang menurut saya sangat bermakna. Sunshine , matahari terbit. Terkesan seperti dimulainya kehidupan baru. Hari baru, aktivitas baru, cobaan baru, dan mungkin dengan terbitnya matahari akan ada pertemuan atau perpisahan pada hari itu. Tidak ada yang tahu kecuali Allah. Kita harus tawakkal menjalaninya.
Di bagian reff ini saya menangkap bahwa Dia memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi dan selalu ber-husnuzzan. Dengan melihat Sunshine di jendela kamarnya, maka Dia merasa petualangan baru menanti untuk membuat hidupnya lebih berarti.

Bait setelah reff 1 Dia berkata bahwa ada seseorang yang membuatnya terinspirasi. Sama seperti ketika seseorang membutuhkan semangat dan motivasi dari orang lain. Kita harus saling mendukung satu sama lain sehingga dari sinilah diketahui bagaimana pentingnya sosialisasi diantara manusia.Dengan berbagai dukungan inilah, Dia merasa semakin optimis. Dia memberikan apresiasi pada hidupnya sendiri.

Bait berikutnya, digunakan perumpamaan bahwa manusia harus saling menjaga. Ada disaat orang lain membutuhkan. Tidak boleh hanya memikirkan kepentingan diri sendiri atau egois. Seperti saat terjadi bencana, walaupun tidak ada keluarga kita yang ikut tertimpa musibah, tapi kita tetap harus menolong korban karena mereka juga saudara kita. Mereka juga memiliki kesempatan hidup yang sama seperti kita.

Sunshine memiliki reff kedua yang liriknya tidak jauh berbeda dengan lirik pertama. Namun nada pada bagian reff kedua ini, lebih ditekankan dan terdapat aransemen. Kata 'Sunshine' diperjelas pentingnya dalam lagu ini karena memberikan semangat dalam menghadapi hidupnya.

Demikian lagu Sunshine memberikan saya inspirasi untuk menulis dan berbagi. Selama ini mungkin lagu tidak terlalu diperhatikan oleh masyarakat mengenai makna sebenarnya yang sangat baik untuk diketahui. Dengan mengetahui maknanya maka penerapan aqidah yang baik juga dapat diterapkan. Salam hangat penulis:)

Isfahan (Persia)

Merupakan kota terkenal di Persia, pernah menjadi ibu kota kerajaan Safawi, gabungan dari 2 kota (Jayy, tempat berdirinya Syahrastan dan Yahudiyyah didirikan oleh Yazdajir I atas anjuran istrinya yg yahudi)

Pendapat” kapan ditaklukan Islam : - thn 19 H/640 M di bawah pimpinan Abdullah ibn ‘Atban atas perintah Umar ibn Al-Khaththab

- Al-Thabari : thn 21 H/642 M

-aliran Basrah : thn 23 H/644 M di bawah pimpinan Abu Musa Al-Asy’ari setelah penaklukan Nahawand atau di bawah pimpinan Abdullah ibn Badil

Penaklukan ulang : khalifah Bani Abbasiyah, Al-Mu’tazz, memadamkan pemberontakan Al-Alawiyin di Thabaristan thn 247 H/861 M

Pembangunan : berbentuk bundar, 4 pintu dgn 100 menara pengotrol, lebar tembok sekitar setengah farsakh (1 farsakh=8km/3,5mil), Rukn Daulah ibn Buwaih memperluas kota dan memperbaiki tembok” yg msh berdiri hingga abad ke 5 H/11 M, di dalamnya terdapat benteng dan sekitarnya terdapat tambang yg terbuat dari perak, raja Persia Ardasyir membangun irigasi dari sungai Zandah bernama Zirrin Rod (sungai emas)

Hingga skrg perekonomian negeri ini sgt tergantung pd pertanian kapas, candu, dan tembakau

Sejarah : sebelum dikuasai kerajaan Safawi, beberapa kali pergantian penguasa (dinasti Samani thn 301 H/913 M, Mardawij thn 316 H/928 M memerdekakan diri dari Baghdad, Bani Buwaih, dinasti Ghaznawiah thn 421 H/1030 M, Seljuk). Awal abad ke 6 H di kota ini Syi’ah Ismailiah banyak pengikut. Thn 625 H/1228 M terjadi pertempuran besar ketika tentara Mongol dtg. Thn 790 H/1388 M jatuh ke tgn Timur Lenk. Thn 955 H/1548 M dikuasai kerajaan Usmani. Thn 1134 H/1721 M riwayat kerajaaan Safawi berakhir. Thn 1141 H/1729M dikuasai Nadir Syah

Di bawah kekuasaan kerajaan Safawi : di atas sungai Zandah dimana terbentang 3 jembatan yg megah dan indah, dikelilingi tembok yg terbuat dari tanah dgn 8 buah pintu. Terdapat mesjid Syah, didirikan oleh Abbas I, salah satu mesjid terindah di dunia, pintunya dilapisi perak.


gimana? ternyata kota-kota Islam pun ga kalah maju dibanding kota-kota zaman sekarang. semoga umat Islam bisa sejaya dulu. Allahu Akbar!!!

corporal punishment (again)


Other side, if all this is right, why do people feel guilty after every act of causing physical punishment to their children? Isn't it the same feeling which we get after doing something wrong? This feeling is our internal meter, a device installed by God. The people who are against corporal punishment argue the negative effects of corporal punishment. Firstly is corporal punishment can scared the children, it settles fear and phobias in child's mind, and of course there is psychological effect to them. It cause the children don't want to study again.

Secondly, the children will learn violence, it teaches them that you may to hit someone you love. And that you can use violence to express you love, beside kissing, hugging or saying sorry. That effect extremely poisonous lesson. Like I told you before, the parents will feel guilt if they punish their children by physical punishment. Generally parents beat their kids in a fit of anger. After some time when they are at peace and give a second thought to the misbehavior of the child, they realize that probably kid didn’t behave as bad as they then perceived, and he didn’t deserve that punishment.
Then they hug, kiss, feel sorry and love their kids. They try to find ways to compensate the wrong they did to their child.

In summary, after looking at both arguments we can see that the negative effects of corporal punishment are more than the positive. Because, the negative effects of corporal punishment are dangerous. If you have tried and failed using all kinds of corporal punishments on children, try reading and applying the other techniques which are more humane. Believe me you can easily do without any physical punishment.

SHOULD CORPORAL PUNISHMENT EFFECTIVE TO USE IN EDUCATION

Corporal punishment is physical punishment inflicted directly upon the body. Historically, corporal punishment often use to educate children. Many parents hit or paddling their children so that they obey to them. But, in modern days corporal punishment has been largely rejected in favor of other disciplinary methods. Modern punishment often favor fines or incarceration, modern school discipline generally avoids physical correction altogether.


Some people are great supporters of corporal punishment. They see only positive effects of corporal punishment. The first argument is they think that only language children understand, and they understand it instantaneously, so the parents not need to busy to educate or punish their children. Someone who write in his blog says “I’m good and successful today because my parents hit me when I did something wrong. That's why I'm doing well in life. I suffered no harm from my parents having beaten me”. Also corporal punishment further an important part of Islam's traditional Sharia law.

The supporters of corporal punishment also say that there is no point in talking to children regarding solving any of their behavior problem because they are young and have no understanding their parents rules. So it's better not to waste time on teaching them through talking. Just show them the fear of doing something wrong and they will do everything right.

still 50 first dates


Until Henry finally realized that Lucy did not like the women who he had previously been dating. Lucy impaired memory from a car accident 18 months ago. She can not form even a memory of the day. Whenever woke up, Lucy can not remembered what he had experienced before. Each time she got up, she just remembered that the day is the birthday of her father and she must be prepared all things to celebrate. Her father (Blake Clark) and brother (Sean Astin) were always trying to create the illusion Lucy becomes real, until they realized that if Henry liked Lucy and exploited the situation to help restored memories of Lucy. Henry could never hurt Lucy, because whatever happens, Lucy could never remember. Ironically, Henry fell in love with her, the girl who can not remember anything and be someone who never left his memory.

This movie has a very good quality both in terms of audio and visual. Back sound and music are used very fitting with the existing scene. The picture is clear and not broken. The plot is not boring and makes the audience curious. As in the scene when Henry greet Lucy again on the day after he met with the woman. Lucy did not respond to Henry even seem to recognize him. The audience will also be very curious at the end of the story is unexpected. Many funny scenes happen when Henry tried hard to near Lucy in many ways though thwarted by his father and brother.

It's hard to find the weaknesses of this movie because I loved it. But there are few scenes in this movie that deserve only watched by adults. I think this is appropriate because this is a romance film made by the west. Technically, no part in the film (such as sound or picture) that will make the audience interrupted.

This film is intended for teens and adults. I wouldn’t recommend this movie to families or children, because maybe the story about Lucy's illness rather difficult to understand for children. The romantic story is suitable for teenagers or adults who are most in love. The funny part can entertain as the audiences when feel tired with other serious movies.

50 First Dates is one of the movies, played by famous actor Adam Sandler and actress Drew Barrymore, who has no doubt in acting. The movie was directed by Peter Segal and writer by George Wing. Duration of 99 minutes, this film with comedy romance genre is capable of riveting an audience. Funny stories and romantic scenes that can make the audience laugh and cry, so neatly presented in this film. Born from the Columbia Pictures studio, the movie which first appeared in 2004 it still exists as evidenced by the television channel broadcasting back until now.


Cover of this movie depicts a picnic between a man who was playing ukulele with a woman who looks blank on the beach. There is the phrase "Imagine having to win over the girl of your dreams .... Every friggin 'day" in the middle of the cover that reflects the content of the story in this film. The title of this movie (50 First Dates) can make people curious to watch it and enjoy every scene.


Henry Roth (Adam Sandler), an oceanographer doctor in Hawaii who was never a serious relationship with a woman. In his life Henry was only struggling with seals, penguins and other marine animals. Marine animals related to the more enjoyable for Henry. Henry would rather build a relationship with a woman tourist and easily he could break whenever they leave Hawaii. You could say Henry was a male adherent of short-term relationships that does not make it must be tied to a commitment. Henry was befriended by an idiot Native Hawaiian cleaner container, played by Rob Schneider, who was pushing Henry for more serious relationship with a woman, even though Henry was never like a commitment in his life. Until one day Henry met with Lucy (Drew Barrymore) in a restaurant and Henry started to love it as usual like the previous female tourists.
